Unit Size
The total minimum finished living area for each home shall be 1,500 square feet and the height may not exceed two stories.
Garages & Driveways
Each dwelling shall have a garage (attached and/or unattached) for not more than four but not less than two vehicles. Detached garages must be a minimum of 250 square feet and match the home’s architecture.
Paved driveways are required within 12 months of home completion and must be made of blacktop, concrete, or pavers.
COVENANTS
Building Materials
All exterior walls shall be constructed with natural materials, such as cedar, cement board (Hardiplank), wood clapboard, stone, brick, stucco, or approved vinyl siding (Carolina Bead Board or better). Foundations must be covered in brick or stone on the front and side elevations.
Roofing
The roof must be wood shingles, slate (natural or artificial), tin or 30 year dimensional asphalt shingles with a minimum roof pitch of 8/12.
