- There is an impact fee (park dedication fee) of $500 payable by the buyer at the time of closing. There is an additional impact fee for sewer and water payable by buyer at the time of Building Permit issuance
- Driveways, walkways, and lawns must be constructed within one year of occupancy
- All residents of Hawthorne Hill are required to purchase a standard lamppost and mailbox at closing
